Hello, World!
I hope all is well as always; Today I wanted to talk about my first contribution to the Polyglots team, or maybe a little more about all the experience before my contribution.
Going through all the handbooks, glosaries and guides needed before working was surely something. I respect and admire the dedication put into each one of them, they take themselves seriously and offer a lot of help to beginners such as myself. It was really easy to go into work after reading all the documentation and taking examples from senior editors, I started with a few translations, taking a good minute or two inspecting them, but with each one I grew confident in my skills and speed up.
As I’m writing this I have probably around 50 or 60 strings suggested to the team, I don’t want to do more because I want reassurance I’m in the right path, so here I am waiting to get approved, and if some of them get rejected it’s only another way to learn and improve!
